Founded in 2004, Rehoboth CDC arose as the social service arm of Rehoboth Saints Center (RSC), to respond to escalating needs within their growing community. Rehoboth CDC's mission is to increase social and economic justice, demonstrate compassion and combat poverty in partnership with low and moderate income residents in West Phoenix and Maricopa County. They accomplish this mission by developing affordable housing, stimulating businesses and jobs creation, delivering community and youth services, shaping and promoting collaborative planning to build stronger healthier communities.

 
Asian Pacific Community in Action (APCA) - www.apca-az.org

APCA is a grassroots non-profit agency that was created in 2002 to meet the health-related needs of Asian/Pacific Islander individuals and families residing in Maricopa County. Their mission is to improve the health and well being of the Asian Pacific Islander community in Maricopa County through empowerment, health promotion and disease prevention. APCA conducts community outreach and offers health screenings and educational workshops to address the many health problems facing local Asians and Pacific Islanders, particularly recent immigrants and refugees.
 
Autism Care and Treatment (ACT) Today! Arizona Chapter - www.azacttoday.org/index.html

Arizona's chapter of ACT Today! was established in 2007 by parents and community leaders dedicated to improving the lives of families locally impacted by autism. ACT Today! Arizona Chapter supplies information and referrals to individuals with autism and their families. With its main focus being to increase parents' access to therapy and supports, ACT Today! Arizona Chapter provides grants to parents to pay or supplement payments for treatments and care for their children with autism.
