Before I talk about the development of the FAQs and other learning tools, I'd like to focus briefly on some of the more interesting interview findings, with regard to faculty respondents, especially those engaged in research. So, with regard to the question "What criteria do you use to decide whether to keep an email or other electronic document?" it makes sense that [click] anticipated use is the most often reported criteria for keeping an electronic record. The second most often reported reason [click] for keeping emails and other electronic documents is just simply that these folks keep everything. And the third criteria [click] is keeping for evidence or documentation.
