Transportation and Directions
Please check with your hotel to see if it offers shuttle service to and from the airport, and arrange pickup times and locations with your hotel. With the exception of the Hyatt Place, all other recommended conference hotels are within walking distance to the ASU campus (see map of hotel distances here). Due to the limited visitor parking available on campus, we recommend walking to the conference sessions, which will be in the Memorial Union on the ASU Tempe campus. (see campus map here).

Light rail public transportation (take a free airport shuttle to the light rail stop) ($1.75 for 1 ride).
City bus routes are no longer available from the airport to the ASU Tempe campus; use light rail instead.

Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is conveniently located approximately 10 minutes to the west of Tempe. If you are driving from the airport, look for signs that direct you to "East Valley Cities" and follow those signs either to the Hohokam Expressway (Route 143) or to Priest Drive. Take either Route 143 or Priest Drive south to University Drive. Turn east onto University Drive and follow this road to the ASU campus or to your hotel.
