Patsy Kraeger completed one year in the Master's in Public Policy Program in 2006-2007 and commenced the Ph. D. in Public Administration in the Fall of 2007. Patsy hopes to focus on non-profit management and public policy with an emphasis on cross-cultural issues. Patsy has been an active member of SPAN since 2006 and has been secretary for the organization since the Fall of 2007. Patsy served on the Perspectives Editorial Board in 2006-2007 and as Managing Editor in the Spring of 2008 and will continue in that position for 2008-2009.
