kristen lange, vice president of events

Kristen is a first year graduate student in the Public Administration program. She holds undergraduate degrees in Special Education and Elementary Education from Bloomsburg University, Pennsylvania. She became interested in Public Administration while obtaining my undergraduate degrees and analyzing public policies and failed implementations in education. Kristen previously taught high school English outside of Washington, DC where she furthered her desire in public administration and education. She currently teaches elementary special education in Phoenix. She is also a volunteer for the Boys Hope Girls Hope organization in Phoenix and an active member in the local and state teachers unions. Kristen's interests are in education policy and she anticipates working at the Federal Department of Education after graduation in May 2010.
