Once the Vice-President of Technology for SPAN, Joe still maintains and operates the SPAN website, he's just doing it on a volunteer basis. By the way, if you are looking for a web designer he is your man.

A one-time computer programmer and web designer, Joe was born in Stanford, California but has been a Phoenix resident most of his life. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from ASU and received his MPA from there as well in 2008. Though he wears the maroon and gold proudly, his favorite color is orange and his second favorite color is purple (GO SUNS!).
