The project was to have been completed in June 2005, but because our full-time project manager is out on maternity leave at this time, we have received a no-cost extension through December 2005. During this last phase, we'll concentrate on dissemination of the project's findings and educational tools. We will complete work on the on-line tutorial, develop a Powerpoint workshop and lesson plans on Desktop Records Management, hold a statewide conference for college and university records managers and archivists and schedule separate "train the trainer" sessions, hire a consultant to evaluate the project's outcomes, present study findings at conferences, write articles about the project, and complete the final report to NHPRC.
