Phase IV (March-August 2004)

• Completed work on FAQs

• Re-designed the project website

• Began design of on-line tutorial

Phase 4 saw us completing the work on the FAQs and re-designing the project website. We also began work on the design of an on-line tutorial to be used in training university employees on email and file management.
