This book describes and pictures the plants of the Harz Mountains, Germany.  The book is divided into sections, with the first part containing just the plant descriptions, arranged alphabetically.  This is followed by Johannes Thall's Sylva Hercynia.  The final portion of the book contains the illustrations for Camerarius's work followed by illustrations for Thall's book.
