Based on the workshop comments and discussions, and some of the actual questions from survey respondents, we divided the FAQs into smaller parts and looked for a different question framework, and the result is what you see here in the screenshot. We also included FAQs on behaviors we wanted to encourage, such as filing emails into folders, separation and quick deletion of personal emails, etc. We developed five categories to provide an organizational matrix for the information:
