Nien-Ling Wacker is President and Founder of LaserFiche Document Imaging and a pioneer in the field. Ms. Wacker currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Municipal Clerks Education Foundation (MCEF) and has served on the Board of Directors of the Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM). She is a frequent speaker for IIMC, ARMA, AOSBO, AIIM and other organizations. Ms. Wacker is a lifelong advocate for developing technology that fits in people's everyday working rhythm. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Melbourne, Australia, and a Master of Science degree from the University of Southern California.
