Douglas Sylvester is an associate professor at Arizona State University School of Law. Prior to joining the faculty, Professor Sylvester was an attorney in Baker & McKenzie’s Global E-Commerce practice group specializing in advising emerging and established information technology companies on domestic and international regulatory issues. Professor Sylvester is a former Bigelow Fellow and lecturer-in-law at the University of Chicago and Northwestern University Law Schools. Professor Sylvester has written and spoken extensively on e-commerce, intellectual property, and international law questions.
