Preserving Authentic Electronic Records - A Report on the InterPARES Project
Philip B. Eppard is an associate professor and dean of the School of Information Science and Policy at the University at Albany, State University of New York. He is director of the U.S. research team participating in the InterPARES Project, an international collaborative research effort studying issues related to the long-term preservation of authentic electronic records. Since 1996 he has been the editor of the American Archivist, the semi-annual journal of the Society of American Archivists.
