There are certain things that you can see to help determine if you are having or have just had a stroke. These are called the symptoms of stroke and can be any one or any combination from the following list:

  • Loss of strength in your arm or leg- or in both your arm and leg on the same side of the body

  • Loss of feeling in your face, or arm or leg- or your face, arm, and leg on the same side of the body

  • You lose the ability to see in one of your eyes

  • You see two blurry objects- double vision

  • You can¡¯t talk like you normally can

  • You cant control your arms or legs normally

  • You feel light headed or dizzy
