For an Arizona youth, the BAC level is 0.10 (Landau 29). However, if the individual's BAC level is less than 0.10, their license may or may not automatically be suspended or revoked (Landau,29).
Open Container laws, which prohibits the possession of any open alcoholic beverage container in the area of a motor vehicle. You can also be charged with the laws of DUI, "Driving Under the Influence" and DWI, "Driving While Intoxicated".
