Frank Camacho was married. He and his spouse had four children. Frank Camacho, a Phoenix native, graduated from South Mountain High School. Camacho majored in Mass Communications with an emphasis on radio, at Phoenix College. After College, and prior to getting into broadcasting, Frank Camacho worked as Community Development Manager for the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce. He also spent seven years employed as a Phoenix Police dispatcher. In the beginning of his broadcasting career, Camacho found employment in Phoenix at an all news radio station, KRUX. Frank Camacho then proceeded to do news at KQXE (Top 40 format). Later, he returned to an all news station when he joined KTAR. Assignments Reporter with KTVK-3 TV-NewsChannel 3. Frank Camacho's experience garnered several Arizona Press Club awards. Camacho served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Television Arts and Sciences, and he served on the Board of Directors of the Catholic Life Productions. |
