Reservations may be made at either the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel (the conference venue), or the neigboring sister property, the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel.  A block of rooms has been reserved for conference attendees and their guests at a special negotiated rate of $175/night for the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel, and $275 and up for the Mauna Kea. The room rate includes free self-parking and room internet.
