Prospective presentors are requested to submit a request for invitation to present at WINDS 2016, by completeing the attached request for invitation form (in word format), and submitting to Dr. Berry Jonker, by e-mail to jonker@nrl.navy.mil. It must include the talk title, the authors’ names and affiliation(s), and the full contact information (mailing address, phone and FAX numbers, e-mail address) for the corresponding author.  Requests for invitations must be recieved no later than September 1st, 2016.
