Reservations may be made at either the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel (the conference venue), or the neigboring sister property, the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel.  A block of rooms has been reserved for conference attendees and their guests at a special negotiated rate of $180/night for the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel, and $219 and up for the Mauna Kea. The room rate includes free self-parking and room internet. The deadline for reserving rooms at this rate is November 1, 2014.  The room block may fill before this deadline, so it is recommended to make reservations as soon as possible.
