Arizona resident undergraduate students on ASU's metro Phoenix campuses
For Arizona residents enrolled in an on-campus undergraduate degree program at ASU’s Downtown Phoenix, Polytechnic, Tempe or West Valley campus, base tuition will increase by 1.5% for the 2024–2025 academic year (about a $170 increase from academic year 2023–2024).
For Arizona residents, the tuition adjustment of 1.5% for the 2024–2025 academic year continues ASU’s decade-plus pledge to keep base tuition adjustments to no more than 3%.
An ASU degree continues to be a valuable investment for Arizona families, and we are pleased that we have been fulfilling this commitment to Arizona residents since 2013.
For Arizona resident students receiving an Obama Scholarship, College Attainment Grant or Arizona Promise Award, as long as you maintain eligibility, your gift aid will cover this tuition and fee increase as part of your financial aid.
Please note that each student’s net tuition cost is specific to their own circumstances and will be different for each student person. On January 5, 2024, ASU’s tuition estimator tool will be updated to show estimated tuition and fees for all students, based on your individual circumstances.
