Membership

Who Can Join

A member shall be any person in the ASU community who is interested in the mission of UCW. Membership dues are required. Financial assistance is available in the event that a department will not sponsor the prospective member and/or the person is unable to pay. For more information about UCW membership, contact the current Financial Coordinator on the UCW Board.

Benefits of Membership

UCW offers an arena for networking, an environment for career and personal growth, and the opportunity to make new friendships with other ASU people who support the mission of UCW. All members receive:

• Unlimited leadership and growth opportunities;
• Official representatation across campus in organizations such as Classified Staff Council, Commission on the Status of Women, Sun Devil Advocates and other important groupos;
• Access to UCW listserv, which provides news, events and updates
• Invitations to annual fall luncheon and all UCW events
• Free admission to brown bag seminars on topics such as investing, balancing work/life issues, and more
• Contact with dynamic, action-oriented, mentors

Membership Dues

Annual membership dues for an academic fiscal year (July - June) is $20. Membership dues for half year (January - July) are $10. Fee waivers are available. Cost should not prevent anyone from becoming a member.
