Besides the usual need for help with our signature events, we would like to encourage you to either host a Java Jazz or coordinate a Lunch and Learn, (see below for more information). Also, we would like to offer you the opportunity to present a Lunch & Learn in your area of expertise!

Signature Events

Fall/Spring Luncheon: This once a semester signature event is among our best attended events! We need assistance with collecting RSVP's/payments, arranging a speaker, and set up.

Holiday Coffee: This once a year signature event is held in early December from 7:30am until 9:30am. We need assistance with set up.

Professional/Personal Development Conference: This once a year signature event is our keystone event! We need assistance with arranging speakers, collecting RSVP's/payments, and set up.

Java Jazz: This once a month event is held at one of three Charlie's Café locations from 7:30am until 9am. The "host" confirms with café staff the location, date, and time, greets members, and reconciles the bill at the end of the event.

Lunch & Learn: These events are held over the lunch hour (11am-2pm), typically running for about an hour. The "coordinator" arranges the presenter, location, and marketing for the event.
