Design Buildings

Design North and South house architecture and design disciplines as part of the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts. The buildings include student studio spaces, a research lab, design research studios, a rooftop solar and day lighting testing area, photography and video services, and a slide and media library.

One interesting feature is “the bridge,” a meeting and studio review space for students and faculty members, which connects the north and south buildings. The Herberger Institute Research Center and student advising are located in the south building.
