Unofficial Transcript Evaluation Process of Out-of-State or International Coursework for ATP Candidates Only

1. To submit out-of-state transcripts to ASU's Tempe campus/ASU's Polytechnic campus/ASU's West campus for unofficial evaluation, the following steps are needed:

   a. Download the TRANSCRIPT EVALUATION OF OUT-OF-STATE OR INTERNATIONAL COURSE WORK FORM.

   b. Type the name of the institution(s) from where the courses are being transferred.

   c. Type the courses for which you are requesting ATP related evaluation.

d. Fax the form to the pertinent ASU ATP Advisor along with copy of the official transcript(s).

2. The name of the ASU ATP Advisor to whom you should send the form can be accessed here.
3. If after seven working days no response is received from ASU, feel free to contact the ASU ATP Advisor to whom you faxed the form/transcripts.
4. Please contact the Office of Academic Transfer Articulation if no response is received from ASU within a reasonable period of time.
