Orange Street DescriptionThe Mars Space Flight Facility supports three instruments currently at Mars: This facility also houses the ASU Mars Education Program, which provides opportunities and resources for teachers and students to join in the excitement of Mars exploration. NASA and ASU's Mars Student Imaging Project (MSIP) offers teams of students, grades 5-12, the opportunity to work with scientists, mission planners and educators to image a site on Mars using the THEMIS camera onboard the Mars Odyssey spacecraft (msip.asu.edu). Other Mars Education programs include: Mars Exploration Student Data Teams (MESDT) (mesdt.asu.edu), Rock Around the World (ratw.asu.edu) and the Mars Public Mapping Project (mp2.asu.edu).
