Known Library Problems / Outages Report |
ASU System Outages |
|---|---|
| Last Updated: July 8, 2008 Access to articles in the New England Journal of Medicine is inconsistent at this time. Our technicians are working with both the publisher and subscription agent to restore full access to this journal. If you are unable to retrieve an article that you need immediately we suggest making a request through Interlibrary Loan until the problem is resolved. As of June 30th all Blackwell Synergy journal content has been moved to Wiley InterScience. Currently Wiley is automatically redirecting Synergy journal links to the Wiley home/search page. This is still an ongoing project. Wiley posted this notice: "We are working hard to ensure a smooth transition for all customers and users, and thank you for your patience during this time of change." When attempting to access Zoological Record from the Research Databases page, the Z url doesn't work. To access this database, click either "Y" or "All Titles" and scroll down to Z. This problem was reported to III and we are awaiting a resolution. Please note: Loss of access to the following MIT Cognet titles through the MIT Cognet link is under investigation:
Artificial Life - Computational Linguistics - Evolutionary Computation - Journal of Cognitive Neuroscience - Linguistic Inquiry - Neural Computation. Students whose ASURITE username/passwords are not working on library workstations despite working elsewhere should be advised that "ASU.EDU (Kerberos Realm)" must be the domain selection when logging in to library workstations (changing the domain to "ASURITE" will not allow login). If login still doesn't work, they may be able to fix the problem by changing their password at the following site: www.asu.edu/changepassword Holdings for Springer Online Journals Complete: Holdings for journal titles in this collection prior to 1997 shown as being available are under investigation. We hope to resolve this and make any necessary corrections as soon as possible. |
