Requesting Materials

General Services - ASU faculty, student, or staff only:

Use the ILLiad request form - if your campus affiliation is Downtown, Polytechnic, Tempe (other than Law Library), or West - to:

• Request articles from journals located at an ASU campus other than your own.
  Reference Desk staff can assist in locating accurate citation information.
• Request materials not owned by ASU Libraries (Interlibrary Loan Services).
• "Pick-up" electronic articles.
• Check the status of your requests.
• Update your user information in ILLiad only.
• Additional Information

Use the catalog to request books and media at another ASU Library.

• Items are pulled and delivered to the selected pickup location.
• You are notified when items are available.

Use the catalog to request items that are currently checked out to other users.

• Downtown Campus Office Delivery - ask for an exception.

Media Booking - used to obtain ASU-owned media for use on specific dates.

Registered Community Borrowers - renew materials or request eligible items from ASU Libraries's collections.
