The Architecture and Environmental Design Library has been the very fortunate recent recipient of a 5,000 volume book donation made possible by the College of Design and a number of the College's generous donors.

 

Topically, the Cambridge 5000 Collection preeminently focuses upon Architecture and Design – including such subjects as:

 

Architecture -- Interiors -- Landscape Architecture -- Garden History -- Architectural / Landscape Photography -- Urban Design -- Industrial Design -- Graphic Design -- Typography -- History of Design

 

The range of languages in the Cambridge 5,000 includes English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish. The Collection represents a richly diverse array of well-regarded international and domestic publishers.

 

The Cambridge 5,000 Collection is a substantial one and will well serve our College of Design and Arizona State University researchers, both in their present and future efforts. Of particular importance to our researchers is the Collection's subject coverage, which is so ably focused on the subjects of Architecture and Design -- yet provides considerable breadth in its international scope.
