Online Payroll Correction Training

Training is now available for the Online Payroll Correction form. It can be done at any time from any computer with access to My ASU and Blackboard. 

NOTE: All staff members who have Department Pay Manager and/or Department Time Administrator roles MUST complete this training.

HOW TO SIGN UP

  1. Go to myasucourses.asu.edu
  2. Login with your ASURITE ID and password
  3. Click on the Courses tab
  4. Type the word Pay in the search field.
  5. Click on Go
  6. Find the  course Correcting Employee’s Pay Online and click the Enroll button.
  7. Click Submit and then OK.

The Online Payroll Correction Form can be found in PeopleSoft:
ASU Customizations > ASU HCM Custom > ASU Payroll > Pay Correction Form
