| AVESIS Advantage Vision Care Program Vision coverage for you and your family is provided through Avesis, Inc. Benefits are provided once a plan year through either a participating network provider or non-participating provider. You pay all premiums for the plan but will see a minor decrease in premiums along with an increase in vision benefits this year. AVESIS, Discount Vision Care Program Members who waive the Advantage Program coverage will automatically be enrolled in the Discount Vision Care Program and will receive an Avesis discount card at no cost. |
