University Housing 2009 - 2010 Downtown Campus Room and Board Rates*

Listed below are University Housing's room and board rates for the 2009-2010 academic year for students at the Downtown Campus. The pricing below does not include the meal plan costs. Please calculate room and board costs at the bottom of the worksheet provided below. See the bottom of this page for more information regarding the meal plans*.

The worksheet below includes a section for calculation of the room and board total. Those students who would like more information regarding meal plans may visit Campus Dining at www.asu.campusdish.com.

Room and board payments can be made in one of two installment plans:

1. One payment per semester: This payment plan is suggested if you are paying with financial aid. Payments are due on July 25, 2009 and December 20, 2009.
2. Three payments per semester: Payments are due July 25, 2009; September 25, 2009; October 25, 2009, December 20,2009; February 25, 2010 and March 25, 2010. There is an additional $50 administrative charge per academic year for this payment option.
