Commission on the Status of Women

CSW Reports

One of the main goals the Arizona Board of Regents had in mind when drafting Reaching the Vision was to create a research data base which would monitor and record changes in gender equity, particularly along the lines of salary increments, administrative appointments, and special awards. The goal of this research data base was to not only provide an archive of information, but also to serve as a map, by which the Commission on the Status of Women could direct efforts to initiate change. In keeping with the goals of the ABOR’s vision, each year CSW has embarked on a number of research projects designed to monitor gender equity and women’s concerns across the university system. Listed below are recent reports published by CSW regarding various research projects. Selected reports from other organizations, such as the Faculty Women's Association, are also available.
