Q: Who can request classrooms for classes or events?
A: Anyone who is on our list of Dean's/Director's designees. If you are from outside ASU please see the next question.
Q: I'm from outside ASU and would like to rent some rooms. Can I do this?

Q: I'm part of a campus student organization, how can we reserve a classroom?
A: Please see the Student Organization Form Instructions.
Q: How do I schedule a class or event?
A: You must be on our list of Dean's/Director's designees. If you are, you can schedule a class or an event by contacting Classroom Scheduling or calling 965-6578. If you are not a designee you should contact your department and find out who is on our list. Please supply us with as much information as you can about the class/event and the requirements for the class/event so that we can fulfill the needs of the instructor to the best of our available facilities capabilities. We will provide you with a line number for your class or an event number for your event.

Q: How can I change my class information or event reservation?
A: As long as you are a designee (see above information on designees) you can change an event or a class, by contacting Classroom Scheduling or calling 965-6578.
Q: How do I change my class from one classroom to another?
A: To do this, please contact us.
Q: How can I find out what equipment will be in my classroom?
A: To find out what is available in your classroom you can go to Classroom Support or you can email Classroom Support or call them at 965-6578.
Q: I need to reserve media equipment to use in my classroom, who do I contact for this?
A: You can fill out Classroom Support's Equipment Request Form; you can email Classroom Support; or you can call them at 965-6578.
Q: Who do I contact to learn how to use the equipment in a classroom?
A: For training on how to use the equipment in your classroom, email Classroom Support or call them at 965-3342. They will set up a time to meet you in the room to show you how to use the equipment and answer any questions you have.
Q: How do I get a key to use the media equipment in a classroom?
A: There are four Media Key Zone areas of the Tempe campus. To find out what zone your classroom is in check this map or contact Classroom Scheduling by email or by phone at 965-6578. Ask the authorized person in your department to fill out a Key Action form. The form should be made out so that the keys will belong to the department, not to an individual person. The keys can then be checked out by the department to an instructor each semester, instead of having to go through DPS each time keys are needed. Submit the original form (required by DPS) to Classroom Scheduling, mail code 0101. We will sign off on it and forward it to DPS. You should be contacted by DPS within 48 hours to come and pick up your keys.
Q: Where can I get a list of scheduled classes?
A: To get a list of scheduled classes you can visit the Registrars Office or call them at 965-3124.
