1.  Overview of Graduate Admissions Reengineering Project (GARP) - 
    Roger Lurie of Information Technology will present a high level 
    overview of the GARP project and technology currently being 
    implemented, including an Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR)
    system and a Web based application for admissions.

2.  Intelligent Character Recognition -
    Glenn Shulke, President of Open Technologies, Inc., will describe
    the ICR solution acquired by the Graduate College and provide a
    demonstration of the product features.  Glenn will also discuss
    the key differences between Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR)
    and Optical Mark Recognition (OMR).

3.  Document Imaging Systems - 
    Glenn Shulke will discuss the technology for implementing a full
    document imaging system, including scanning, storage, and retrieval
    of images. Document Imaging, COLD (Computer Output to Laser Disk)
    and Workflow Solutions featuring Optika Imaging Software will be
    discussed.
