ASU, Apple, and Dell have partnered together to provide a one of a kind service and support package for the 1:1 laptop bundles.
Each campus provides first line support for Apple and Dell laptops purchased through ASU 1:1 Computing. Knowledgeable staff are available to help troubleshoot problems and offer assistance at any ASU 1:1 Technology Studio.
1:1 laptops include a three-year warranty from the date of purchase with either on-campus carry-in or on-site repair services.
ASU Bookstores' Apple + Dell Service Center at the Tempe campus provides carry-in Apple Computer repair services. It's as simple as carrying in the 1:1 laptop to the Apple+Dell Service Center located in the Computing Commons building room 113. (If you are unable to use the carry-in service, please contact Service Center at (480) 965-1435 for alternative options.)
Additionally, Apple offers service at any of it's valley store locations, if the hardware on your 1:1 laptop needs to be replaced under warranty.

CompleteCare(TM) Accidental Damage Service offers the support needed when accidents happen to your Dell systems and includes the following benefits:
CompleteCare(TM) Accidental Damage Service covers repair and replacement for various accidental damage, not covered under limited warranty, including spills, drops, surges, and breakage to select systems or peripherals.
Damage caused by intentional acts, fire, theft or loss, is not covered under CompleteCare(TM) Accidental Damage Service.
